Sarah Sheehan is a project manager working at the intersection of design, production and delivery - translating creative ideas into built reality. Bridging concept, production and on-site execution.

With a background in retail display design and jewellery & silversmithing, she has spent the past 12 years supporting the production of projects ranging from quick-turnaround pop-ups and window installations to permanent retail environments and experiential spaces. She is as comfortable on-site overseeing an installation as she is behind a screen developing budgets, schedules and specification packs.

Her practice is grounded in collaboration: bridging designers, makers, suppliers and clients to help ensure creative ambition is met with practical execution. She values craft, clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving, bringing calm structure to complex, fast-moving work.

Sarah has worked both in-house and within creative production studios including time at Calvin Klein and Studio XAG (B Corp) as well as co-founding a small design-and-build practice. These experiences have shaped her approach to delivering projects with care, adaptability and attention to detail.

Based between Amsterdam and London, she now works independently, supporting brands and studios in creating distinctive physical experiences - from concept through to completion.
